Because our glasses are customized (with names, dates, or specific themes), they require dedicated crafting time. We kindly request you to place your order at least 7 to 10 days before your wedding or event date to avoid any last-minute delays.

Standard Designs (Without names): Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days after confirmation.

Customized Designs (With names/dates): If you are getting the groom/bride's name, wedding date, or a custom color theme on the glass, it takes 2 to 4 working days to craft and finalize the design.

🛡️ 5. Safe Packaging & Damage Claim Policy (Fragile Item Guarantee)
To ensure the glass items stay safe during transit, we use heavy bubble wrap and sturdy carton boxes. However, if any damage occurs due to courier mishandling, we protect your purchase under the following rules:

Unboxing Video is Mandatory: Customers must record a short, continuous video while opening the parcel for the first time (Parcel Unboxing Video).

24-Hour Claim Window: If the product is found broken inside, you must share the unboxing video and pictures within 24 hours of delivery on our Instagram DM (@glassly_creations) or WhatsApp.

Free Replacement: Once the video is verified, we will craft and ship a new glass to you Free of Cost. Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be entertained.

You can cancel your order during the confirmation call or message. However, once work has started on a customized glass or once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled or modified.
