🔄 Glassly Creations – Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Glassly Creations. Since our Doodh Pilai glasses and wedding accessories are delicate (made of glass) and customized for individual events, we maintain a strict Return and Refund Policy to protect both our brand and our customers.

Please read the following terms carefully before placing your order:

🛑 1. Return Eligibility (Only if "Not as per Description")

  • Returns are strictly accepted ONLY if the received product is not as per the product description (e.g., wrong design, completely different color theme, or a spelling mistake made by our team on customized names/dates).

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind," or if the customer dislikes the design after delivery despite it matching the description.

⏱️ 2. Strict 1-2 Days Claim Window

  • Any return or replacement request due to "not as per description" or shipping damage must be claimed within 1 to 2 days after the date of receiving the parcel.

  • Any requests or complaints made after this 2-day receiving period will strictly not be entertained.

📦 3. Damaged Items During Transit (Fragile Cover)

We wrap our glass products in multi-layered bubble wrap and secure boxes. However, if your order is damaged or broken during shipping, we will provide a Free Replacement under these conditions:

  • Unboxing Video is Mandatory: You must record a clear, continuous, and unedited video while opening the courier package for the very first time (Parcel Unboxing Video).

  • Reporting Time: The unboxing video and photos must be sent to us via Instagram DM or Email within 1 to 2 days of receiving the parcel.

  • Resolution: Once verified, we will craft and ship a new replacement glass to you Free of Cost. Claims without a proper unboxing video will be rejected.

⚠️ 4. Post-Event Claims

We do not accept any damage, breakage, or return claims after your wedding/event date has passed, or if the product was damaged during use at the function.
